Comunidad Down, A.C. its an institution without profit, founded on 1976 by the initiative of a group of parents united by the common interest of accomplishing formation, acceptation and integration of their children, affected by Down Syndrome.
 
Since the beginning, Comunidad Down, has the purpose of creating an alternative formation for Down children. This alternative allows the children to be educated with ideal systems and methods that are scientifically proved, so they can be integrated to society and have the place that they deserve. At the same time, the children will serve the community by giving all their effort.
